Can I change/cancel my order? What if I enter the wrong address?

Accidents happen! If you contact us before your order is processed, we may be able to make changes or corrections. If not, you may try reaching out to your local USPO to see if it can be corrected on their end.

 

*Please Note: Double check your address/Apt. information BEFORE placing your order. All sales are final and no changes or returns will be excepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damaged or Missing items?

Be sure to read our Return Policy as it applies to all orders. However, we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping if you contact us within 24-48 hours of the delivery date. If you are missing items from your order please email us at info@shinkahbeauty.com in the same 24-48 hour time period and we'll give you the necessary steps to take to make sure you receive your items.

When will my order ship?

We strive to get all orders shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

All of our packages are sent via the US Postal Service, so delivery times vary. For orders to residents within the USA, once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. We are not shipping internationally at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What is your return policy?

Returns/Refunds
We will gladly replace any item(s) that may have been damaged during shipping if you contact us within 24-48 hours of the delivery date. Replacements of any kind can only be replaced with the item originally purchased. In the event that the item you purchased is no longer in stock, you will receive store credit in the amount of the damaged item ONLY. However, we offer no other returns or refunds for hygienic reasons. You may contact our customer service team at info@shinkahbeauty.com with any questions/concerns.
