Who do I contact for questions/concerns?

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! But don't be discouraged as we are working to do so as soon as possible! Be sure to signup for our email updates so you'll be notified of our launch in your country.

Damaged or Missing items?

Be sure to read our Return Policy as it applies to all orders. However, we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping if you contact us within 24-48 hours of the delivery date. If you are missing items from your order please email us at info@shinkahbeauty.com in the same 24-48 hour time period and we'll give you the necessary steps to take to make sure you receive your items. 

When will my order ship?

We strive to get all orders shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

All of our packages are sent via the US Postal Service, so delivery times vary. For orders to residents within the USA, once shipped, orders typically arrive in 5-10 business days. 

Can I change/cancel my order? What if I enter the wrong address?

Unfortunately not. All sales are final and no changes or returns will be excepted. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note: Make sure your address is correct before ordering, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
